I ran 5km to work on Monday and again on Tuesday. I felt exhausted today so I couldn't run to work. Cycled in instead.
I also attended my 1 1/2 hrs of ballet on Monday which was fun.
On the eating front I am still being careful but I can feel myself starting to allow one or two more snacks (....and the dreaded odd pint of beer) that I wouldn't have touched last week - I need to nip this in the bud and get strict again. Am currently eating a ham sandwhich for lunch, no butter, no mayo. Breakfast was a bowl of muesli and a small banana.
Tonight I will be cycling about 10 km to my friend's house for dinner. Will not be getting on the scales until Sunday so there is plenty of time to be good! x
